Transfer Application Procedure
Immaculata High School is now accepting applications
for transfer admission, beginning classes in September 2008. Applications will be accepted for students
entering their sophomore or junior years.
Please contact the Office of Admissions to obtain a transfer application
and informational packet. Students will
need to submit the completed application, a transcript of high school grades,
and a letter of recommendation. Following
receipt of these materials, prospective students and parents may be invited to
school for an on-site interview.
Application Procedure for incoming 8th graders
Starting September 2008,
applications will be available for eighth graders wishing to apply to the Immaculata
High School Class of 2013, beginning course of study in September 2009. Applications can be obtained in any of the
following ways:
The top portion of the application
must be completed by the student’s parent or guardian. The application is then submitted to your
principal or guidance counselor, who will forward the completed application
along with the academic transcript, including the 1st quarter report
card, to the Office of Admissions at Immaculata. Applications are due in Admissions by
Monday, November 3. Please have
applications returned to Immaculata as soon as possible. 1st quarter grades can be
forwarded at a later date.

OPEN HOUSE 2008
Sunday, October 12
All middle school students and their
families are invited and strongly encouraged to take advantage of this
opportunity to see our school, meet our staff, tour our campus, survey our
academic, athletic, and co-curricular offerings, and get a glimpse into what The Immaculata
Experience
is all about! There
will be representatives and displays for all academic departments, activities,
programs, and teams. In addition,
information pertaining to transportation and admissions will be available.
SPARTAN FOR A DAY -
FALL 2008
The Spartan for a Day program is
open to all 8th grade students interested in applying to
Beginning July 2008, on-line registration
will be open for all Fall 2008 dates! At
that time, you may RSVP by accessing the September, October, or November web
calendar at www.immaculatahighschool.org. Click on ‘Spartan for a Day’ on the date you
desire to come to the school. You will
then be prompted to enter the student name and primary household e-mail
address. In addition, you may enter any
special messages or requests for our admissions director. Please include your 8th grade
school as well as any special interests in this ‘message’ field. You will receive an e-mail confirming your
RSVP. If a date is full, you will be
notified to that end and will need to select another day.
A second confirmation e-mail with
special instructions for the day will be sent to you within the week prior to
your visit. On the date of your visit,
