Coach Pierce Frauenheimpierce F

Coach Frauenheim served Immaculata students and parents as the Head Football Coach for 46 years. He was also the Director of Athletics for 50 years. Coach Frauenheim is one of seven coaches who have won more than 300 football games throughout their careers, retiring with 330 wins following the 2014 season.

Coach Frauenheim won 4 State Championship; had 11 State Final appearances; made the state playoffs 26 times, including 15 consecutive playoff appearances, and he won 29 Conference Championships.

Coach Frauenheim serves on the David Bender Fund Board of Directors at Rutgers University; the American Cancer Society as Chairman of the Board of Managers for Somerset County and Income Development Chair and Chair and Committee Member for the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association.

Coach Frauenheim has been inducted into six Halls of Fame, was the first recipient of the Lou Rettino Coach of the Year, the first recipient of the Dr. John F. Bateman Winners for Life Award, the first recipient of the Spirit of Somerset County Award, and earned the National Football Foundation Bill Denny Chapter, Lifetime Coaching Achievement award. Coach Frauenheim, was also presented with the Distinguished American Award by the Bill Denny/Rutgers Football Letterwinners Chapter of the National Football/College Hall of Fame Foundation.
