Volunteers for SaladworX, after school on Monday, January 25, 2021, provided a bountiful fresh salad to feed a larger-than-usual line of marginalized folks for the soup truck later that night. The very grateful crowd also took all of the oranges, hard-boiled eggs and yogurts from Immaculata’s usual nutrition table outside the truck’s front corner. We are grateful for our behind-the-scenes Spartan family members who provide the goods for this Immaculata difference.
