Education Required:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Appropriate student assessment strategies.
  • Effective classroom management techniques.
  • Should be a role-model of the Catholic faith's teachings including personal speech and behavior, and Mass attendance.

Maintenance Associate

Under the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Associate will perform required tasks as assigned. Related evening and weekend work that is program specific may require minor hour adjustments and/or overtime.

Essential Tasks:
  • Attend administration held meetings when required.
  • Attend Maintenance department meetings as required.
  • Evening/Night facility management.
  • General Maintenance and custodial work as required.
  • Maintenance work order completion as assigned.
  • Night oversight of 3rd party custodial service.
  • Boiler Oversight (Black Seal) in heating season.
  • Perform related work as required.
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, move, climb, carry, bend, kneel, crawl, reach, push, and pull. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other related work as directed by the supervisor and/or school administration.

Immaculata High School is looking for a Girls Lacrosse Head Coach for this coming spring season.  The season runs from March thru May.

Substitute Teachers

Immaculata High School is seeking Substitute Teachers for all subjects and for a specific subject. Substitute Teachers at Immaculata perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include implementing teacher lesson plans and instructions as directed by the absent teacher; maintaining an orderly, clean and respectful classroom; submitting a Substitute Teacher Report Form for the absent teacher at the end of each class; keeping records on attendance, accidents and incidents. In addition, substitute teachers are expected to protect school equipment, materials and facilities, and ensure the safety of students at all times. Substitute teachers report to the Dean of Academics. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working at the high school level or related work experience
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills to work with students and parents
  • Ability to follow and enforce rules, policies, and procedures
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Interest in providing students a nurturing classroom environment while maintaining high standards
  • Should be a role-model of the Catholic faith's teachings including personal speech and behavior, and Mass attendance
