Marketing Director for Church of the Immaculate Conception Schools

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the unique identities of the schools (Immaculate Conception School and Immaculata High School) to various stakeholders, including prospects, parents, and supporters. The position promotes the schools through marketing channels including digital, social, in-person and print.

Essential Duties:
  • Promotes admissions requirements and timelines through site visits to area churches, schools, admissions fairs, and religious education programs
  • Coordinates and manages Open Home event, Spartan for a Day visits, accepted students’ reception, and other admissions promotional events
  • Communicates effectively, efficiently, and responsibly with students, parents, colleagues, and school leadership
  • Writes, designs, and delivers marketing projects from beginning to end to prospective students, parents, and alumni
  • Creates digital content to support advancement marketing needs of Pre-K–12 programs
  • Publishes creative updates, news and announcements, and required content to schools’ websites
  • Follows professional ethics in all work-related activities
Preferred Qualification:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in marketing, journalism, or related field
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Google applications
  • Proficient use of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms in both organic and paid content creation and management.

  • Sound ethical decision-making skills, enthusiasm, and respect for confidential issues

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university

High School Computer Science Teacher

Immaculata High School is seeking a visionary computer science teacher to not only teach AP Computer Science Principles, AP Computer Science A, and other computer-related classes, but to help Immaculata further define and implement a forward thinking program that prepares our students for college and careers after that. Knowledge of artificial intelligence, cyber security, or drone technology a plus. This teacher will join a team of teachers dedicated to inspiring in students a love of learning and an appreciation of complex thinking to include real world problem solving, critical thinking, innovation, and STEM, while preparing students for a future infused with technology in ways not yet fully known.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science education
  • 3+ years experience working at the high school level or related work experience
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills to work with students and parents
  • Experience bringing computer science alive in the classroom and helping students to engage in complex STEM innovation and creation

High School Science Teacher – Physics

Immaculata High School is seeking a part-time high school science teacher to teach Physics. This teacher will join a team of science teachers dedicated to inspiring in students a love of science and an appreciation for the complex side of science to include exploration, decision making, real world problem solving, critical thinking, innovation, and STEM, all while coming to a worthy understanding of the world around us.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Degree in science education

High School Substitute Teachers

Immaculata High School is seeking Substitute Teachers for all subjects and for a specific subject. Substitute Teachers at Immaculata perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include implementing teacher lesson plans and instructions as directed by the absent teacher; maintaining an orderly, clean and respectful classroom; submitting a Substitute Teacher Report Form for the absent teacher at the end of each class; keeping records on attendance, accidents and incidents. In addition, substitute teachers are expected to protect school equipment, materials and facilities, and ensure the safety of students at all times. Substitute teachers report to the Dean of Academics. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working at the high school level or related work experience

Four Seasons Food Service Management Opportunities

Chef/Manager

Four Seasons recognizes that our outstanding performance is fueled by our people- confident, dynamic individuals with diverse experiences and talents. Our Chef/Manager will be expected to follow monthly menus and specific recipes. The Chef/Manager will be responsible to manage a school cafeteria adhering effectively and efficiently to the guidelines and policies of Four Seasons to ensure student, faculty and administration satisfaction, development of a high-performance team, and maximizing profit. The Chef/Manager is responsible to make sure that the team is working in accordance with the high expectations of Four Seasons and the school. This individual will oversee waste management and inventory control- keeping food cost in line with projected targets. It is the responsibility of the manager to place all product orders and see that the team is reporting directly to ensure necessary ingredients are on hand to adhere to menus as established by Four Seasons.

The Chef/Manager is the "go to" person for the school officials when placing catering orders. The Chef/Manager will keep a precise calendar with careful attention to detail for all catering needs. This individual will be in constant contact with corporate for any support and all communications. This position is for a "can do" individual who loves to multitask and lead a successful team. If you love the food service industry but need hours that work around your children's school schedule, then this is the perfect fit.

Catering Assistants

We are searching for motivated individuals who are passionate about the food they prepare and serve.  We take pride in the culinary creations prepared in our kitchen for our students, faculty, and administration. Our ideal candidates for this position should have experience working in a busy food service environment and enjoy working around children. This individual should be excellent at multi-tasking (all kitchen duties and tasks are required) and have exceptional customer service and communications skills.  Service with a smile is a job requirement. This job is ideal for a person who would like a job which coordinates with their children(s) school schedule.

Our team will be expected to:

  • Follow menus, recipes, and directions from Chef.
  • Assist in the preparation of food that is fresh and hot for each lunch class.
  • Take pride in food presentation which maintains quality and consistency.
  • Follow all Covid 19 guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate food inventories.
  • Comply with all department of health food safety procedures.
  • Rotate stock effectively.
  • Ensure that the kitchen and food prep areas are cleaned and sanitized each day.
  • Work the serving line kindly, quickly, and efficiently.
  • Operate a POS cash register.
  • Follow directions.
