Admissions Process

CLASS OF 2026

Applications for admission to the Immaculata High School Class of 2026 are currently being accepted on a rolling basis.   

Please read the following information carefully.

Step 1:

All students wishing to be considered for admission to the Immaculata High School Class of 2026 must complete our online application for admission. This application can be found by clicking here: Class of 2026 Application

Final report cards for Grades 6 and 7 and the most recent report card for Grade 8 must be submitted with the application.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and should be submitted prior to taking the High School Placement Test. 

Step 2:

All students wishing to be considered for admission to the Immaculata High School Class of 2026 must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). The test will be administered on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Testing will begin at 8:00 AM and should conclude by 11:30 AM.

  • Pre-registration for the HSPT is required and can be completed here.
  • There is a testing fee of $75 which will be collected on the date of the test. The fee may be paid by cash or check (payable to Immaculata High School).
 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS

Transfer students are admitted in September and at the start of the second semester in January. To be considered for transfer admission, prospective transfer students will need to submit a completed transfer application, a completed recommendation form, and a transcript of high school grades. The HSPT will be administered monthly as needed beginning in December.

In addition, all transfer applicants must download, print, and submit the Recommendation Form directly to the student's current guidance counselor. The guidance counselor will complete the form, attach a transcript of grades, and forward directly to Immaculata High School.

Following receipt of the online Transfer Application, Recommendation Form, and transcript of grades, prospective students and parents will be invited to the school for an on-site interview. A final decision on acceptance will be made after the on-site interview.
