The Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has announced their Scholarships for high school seniors who will attend college in the Fall of 2025. Applicants must be an African American High School Senior who resides in Middlesex, Somerset or Union Counties. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The deadline to apply is February 10, 2025.

Cardinal Newman Society’s 2025 Newman Guide College Scholarship
The Cardinal Newman Society’s 2025 Newman Guide College Scholarship Contest is open to high school juniors and seniors who will attend a Newman Guide Recommended college in the Fall of 2025 or 2026. All of the details about the scholarship can be found at this link: https://newmansoc.org/Scholarship. One winner will be awarded with a $5,000 scholarship towards attending a Newman Guide Recommended college in the fall of 2025 or 2026. Additionally, most Newman Guide colleges have agreed to supplement our scholarship with additional $5,000 grants over the remaining three years, bringing the total possible scholarship up to $20,000. To enter the Scholarship Contest, each student must complete an application, meet certain eligibility requirements, and submit a short statement explaining his or her interest in a faithful Catholic education and formation at a Newman Guide Recommended college. Applications are due by February 18, 2025.
New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) Scholarship
The New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) Scholarship is open to NJ high school seniors who will attend college in the Fall. Applicants must have experienced a relocation during their high school years, from one school to another, at a distance of at least 50 miles and have at least a 3.0 GPA or higher. An essay describing their move experience must be submitted with the application, as well as a synopsis of their extra-curricular activities. The application can be obtained here and the deadline to apply is February 28, 2025.
Hunterdon Health Foundation
The Hunterdon Health Foundation is pleased to offer the following scholarship opportunities to high school seniors who are either residents of Hunterdon County or employees/volunteers (parents/guardians) of Hunterdon Health or its related organizations. The application and affiliated documents are available for download on Hunterdon Healthcare Foundation's website (hunterdonhealthfoundation.org). Completed applications must be submitted on or before March 3, 2025.
New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA)
The New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA) has announced their scholarships to be awarded to graduating high school seniors or college students pursuing a career in the emergency management field of study (emergency management, homeland security, fire suppression, law enforcement, hazardous material, arson investigation, emergency medical services, planning, health, public health, social services, etc.) in the public or private sector. The applicant's parent(s) or grandparents(s) must be members in good standing in any emergency services department (police, fire, rescue, EMS or emergency management) in the State of NJ. Additional information on the Scholarship Program can be found here. The on-line application can be found at www.NJEPA.org/awards and must be received no later than March 5, 2025 by 3:00 pm. Late applications will not be considered.
