A crowd of more than 500 gathered at the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village on Sunday for the annual New Jersey Scholastic Coaches Association Hall of Fame Luncheon, which was held in cooperation with the NJSIAA.

During his Montgomery tenure, Beardsley has been named New Jersey State Coach of the Year, New Jersey Girls Soccer Coaches Association State Coach of the Year and New Jersey Scholastic Coaches Association State Coach of the Year.

A Language Arts teacher in the Montgomery Lower School, Beardsley stepped away from high school coaching for seven years and served as Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and NPL (National Premier League) Head Coach at the Players Development Academy (PDA); two years ago his PDA Splash U15 were the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), Northeast Division Champions. Four years ago Beardsley's U17 PDA Force team won the club's first ever National Premier League National Championship.

”I am honored and humbled to be inducted into the NJ State Coaches Association Hall of Fame,” says Coach Beardsley. “This award allowed me the opportunity to reflect on the many, many relationships I have had with such great student athletes. My time at Montgomery and this new beginning at Immaculata has blessed me with such great memories. I am so thankful to everyone who has been a part of this amazing journey. I look forward to continuing to create great memories here at Immaculata High School.”
