Welcome to our Accepted Students page for transfer students. The information on this page will guide you through the steps for registering as a transfer student. Please complete this information after you receive your acceptance letter.

2. Registration

Enrollment Fees: The following non-refundable fees are due upon enrollment: $300 new student registration fee, $350 capital reserve fee, and $400 tuition deposit. For your convenience, these fees can be paid by credit card, Venmo, or check.

  1. Credit Card: Credit card payments can be made online by clicking here. Please note that a convenience fee will be charged.
  2. Venmo: (@ImmaculataHSNJ). Please include the student's name and graduation year in the "What's it for?" field. There is no added fee for using this option.
  3. Pay by check: Please mail your $1,050.00 check made payable to Immaculata High School to:

3. Enrollment 

Review the Program of Studies:

Review the 2024-2025 Program of Studies. This guide provides information about our course offerings. You will receive your recommended placement levels (e.g. Honors, CP) for specific subjects at your Enrollment and Course Selection session. All information regarding elective courses can also be found in this booklet. 

Complete the Transfer Student Profile:

Please complete the Transfer Student Profile so that we can learn more about you and your interests. 

Schedule an Appointment:

Schedule a time to meet with the Admissions Office to finalize your enrollment and select your courses. Appointments are available from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 


Please download, print, and complete the following forms before the date and time of your appointment. The completed forms will be collected from you at Enrollment & Course Selection:

Tuition Information: Please complete the Tuition Payment Preference form. If you will be using FACTS to make your tuition payments, please create your FACTS account and print and bring your confirmation with you to Enrollment & Course Selection. In addition, please download, print, and review the Re-Registration Consent Form

Pre-filled Loan of Government Textbooks, B6T, & Request for Records forms will be available for your signature at Enrollment & Course Selection. 


1. Uniforms: 

Please thoroughly review the Uniform Policy.  Uniforms are purchased at Flynn O'Hara.  Updates to this policy will be communicated to you in June.
