Color Guard Caption Manager
Immaculata High School Marching Band seeks an experienced Color Guard Educator. This position is to join and lead a returning team of color guard instructors and designers. The caption manager must share our commitment to teaching fundamental skills and effective performance to students at all levels of experience. Previous experience teaching beginning guard members is much preferred. Performance experience in WGI, DCI, or DCA is also preferred. The caption manager will also collaborate with the directors in formulating each week’s rehearsal objectives. They will create and implement effective rehearsal plans for all sectional rehearsals. Participation in show design is welcome but not required.
