Maintenance Associate
Under the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Associate will perform required tasks as assigned. Related evening and weekend work that is program specific may require minor hour adjustments and/or overtime.
Essential Tasks:
- Attend administration held meetings when required.
- Attend Maintenance department meetings as required.
- Evening/Night facility management.
- General Maintenance and custodial work as required.
- Maintenance work order completion as assigned.
- Night oversight of 3rd party custodial service.
- Boiler Oversight (Black Seal) in heating season.
- Perform related work as required.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, move, climb, carry, bend, kneel, crawl, reach, push, and pull. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other related work as directed by the supervisor and/or school administration.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Black Seal and/or ability to obtain.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Maintains a valid NJ Drivers License.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
