Head Coach
Lea Kosinski
Lea Kosinski is entering her first season as Head Softball Coach at Immaculata High School, bringing Division I playing experience, a passion for player development, and a commitment to building a competitive, positive team culture.
Lea grew up playing travel softball for Newtown Rock and the Aces Softball Club, where she developed a love for the game and learned the value of hard work, resilience, and teamwork. In high school, she played at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, where she was honored to be named the 2021 Hunterdon County Player of the Year. During her high school career, she helped lead the Red Devils to two HWS County Titles while earning Second Team All-State, First Team All-County, and First Team All-Conference honors. Those experiences prepared her for the opportunity to compete at the NCAA Division I level in the Big East Conference, playing four years at Providence College before finishing her athletic and academic career at Seton Hall University while earning her master's degree. While in college, she was honored to be named to the Big East Academic team as well as to the weekly Big East Honor Roll.
Throughout her playing career, she was fortunate to learn from incredible coaches and teammates who shaped her both as an athlete and as a person. Their influence inspired her to begin coaching and invest in the next generation of players. She currently serves as the head coach of the Aces 14U team and have also worked with Newtown Rock teams throughout my college career as an assistant.
