Welcome to our Accepted Students Page. The information on this page will guide you through the steps for registering for the Immaculata High School Class of 2029.

1. Celebrate Your Acceptance!

Accepted Parents/Guardians Night

2. Complete our online registration form:

Please complete our online registration form. The information you enter here will be used to create your family's PowerSchool record, so please be sure to double-check all spelling, phone numbers, etc. before submitting. 


3. Registration

Registration Fee: There is a $300.00 non-refundable registration fee for all students registering to the Class of 2029. For your convenience, this fee can be paid by credit card, Venmo, or check.

  1. Credit Card: Credit card payments can be made online by clicking here. Please note that a $12.36 convenience fee will be charged.
  2. Venmo: (@ImmaculataHSNJ). Please include the student's name in the "What's it for?" field. There is no added fee for using this option.
  3. Pay by check: Please mail your $300.00 check made payable to Immaculata High School to:

4. Enrollment & Course Selection

  Please complete each of the following steps:

Step 1: Review the Class of 2029 Program of Studies

Step 2: Complete the New Student Profile

Step 3: Select Your Enrollment & Course Selection Session (please note, you will not receive an automatic confirmation; confirmations will be emailed within one business day of your selection).

Step 4: Print and complete the Tuition Payment Preference and the Re-registration Consent forms. Please bring these completed forms with you to your Enrollment & Course Selection session.  

Step 5: Set up your FACTS account (instructions for doing this are on the back of the Tuition Payment Preference form) and bring a printed copy of your confirmation to your Enrollment & Course Selection session. 

Step 6: Due at Enrollment & Course Selection will be the $350 capital reserve fee and the $400 tuition deposit. These can be combined into one $750 check made payable to Immaculata High School.
