Tuition Information & Assistance

Immaculata High School is a parish school, not a diocesan, nor a private school. Its financial security depends on the timely and full payment of all tuition and the enthusiastic generous support of our Advancement Office and fundraising efforts. Alumni support and benefactors are also vital to the financial stability of our school. The diocese provides a small financial subsidy on an annual basis; but, apart from this, Immaculata receives no financial aid.

The 2021–22 Statement of Tuition and Fees is as follows:

Tuition (Grades 9-11)
Tuition (Grade 12)
New Student Registration Fee
Returning Family Re-Registration Fee
Capital Reserve Fee Freshman/Transfers *
Technology Fee (paid in full in July)

* An annual Capital Reserve fee is assessed as follows: $350 all new students; $250 returning sophomores; $150 returning juniors; $50 returning seniors. Please note, this new fee schedule only applies to families enrolling after the 2020–2021 school year.

All tuition must be paid as contracted either by FACTS or in full. All tuition payable through FACTS, both 2-pay plan of ½ in July ½ in December and the 10-month plan from July-April are due on the 5th or 20th of the month. BOTH PLANS start in JULY. The full (ONE-TIME) payment is due by July 15, 2021. (A $100 discount will be given for all payments received by July 15, 2021.)

Please click on the “FACTS” logo to be taken to the FACTS landing page. From there, you can establish or access your Tuition Payment Plan Account, or you can apply for Tuition Assistance for the next school year.

Tuition Assistance Instructions

Immaculata High School and the Diocese of Metuchen use the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment System to evaluate all assistance applications. Families are eligible to apply for financial assistance only after they have received a letter of acceptance to Immaculata and have paid the registration fee.  Both Catholic and Non-Catholic families seeking tuition assistance utilize the same online form. Please select the appropriate set of instructions below.
