The Board of Limited Jurisdiction, commissioned by the Bishop of the Diocese of Metuchen, is responsible for strategic planning for Immaculate Conception School and Immaculata High School, and advises on the budgets, facilities issues and fundraising efforts in the schools. Board members serve renewable three-year terms at the discretion of the Pastor and Director of Schools.
